The Philosophy of Blink
A philosophy on decision-making
We make decisions all the time. Some are major, life-changing decisions, like choosing a wife, while others are minor, like choosing what type of cereal to buy.
A lot of the decisions we need to make don't require a lot of thinking because the consequences are not that great anyway. Our instincts are good enough for that. No matter what decision we make in that split second, it is based on our own nature, for better or for worse. A lot of times, we allow our decisions to be influenced by others, or what we feel others will think. Yet, if we are to live our lives in the way we want it, we will come to realise that its not so bad. You will not suddenly lose all your friends. In fact, you make even stronger friendships. In anycase, I feel my character is at a stage where I can really touch pple... if only I can bring it out. Its time to trust my instincts. Follow my heart and stop thinking. Blink.
